Spacing Requirements – Animal Care

In 2011, the Missouri General Assembly passed the Canine Cruelty Prevention Act where law was set to improve the standard of care for dogs across the state, including components that directly affect animal health and welfare. As part of those changes, additional space requirements will be phased in during 2012 and 2016. The new requirements can be calculated below.
