Grain Export Certificates

Export certificates are only issued on shipments of grain leaving the United States and facilitate contractual agreements between the buyer and the seller. Missouri grain inspection offices located in Kansas City, Marshall, and St. Joseph issue grain export certificates on a regular basis. Any grain office can issue export certificates upon request of the applicant.
