Tony Stafford has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. As executive director, Stafford oversees the authority’s grant, loan, loan guarantee, and tax credit programs aimed at helping Missouri farmers. Prior to becoming the executive director, Stafford administered the Missouri Department of Agriculture’s Agriculture Development Fund Program.
