Cell phones, pagers, and PDAs are NOT allowed in exam room.

Standard calculators are allowed in the exam room.

Applicators are required to make appointments to take exams by submitting an application or a request in writing or by telephone. All requests should contain name, business name, business address, and the date and time they wish to take the exams. Confirmation letters will be sent unless the reservation request is received too close to the examination date. Please contact this office if you need to cancel or reschedule an exam date.
